Delete your Chaal account

Chaal (by Tanvir Mahin, published on Google Play as inovit-bd) lets you delete your account and its data at any time.

In the app (instant)

Open Chaal and tap ⚙️ Settings at the top right.
Tap Delete account at the bottom, then Delete forever.

Your account is deleted immediately and permanently.

By email

Can't open the app? Email tanvirmahin24@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Chaal account” and your Player ID (shown in Settings, e.g. #1234). We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Your nickname, avatar, language, Player ID and the sign-ins of every device
Your lesson stars, puzzle results, daily-puzzle results, ratings, streak, XP and level
Your gold, board themes, piece sets and purchase records
Your friends, friend requests and blocks, and the link to Google Play Games
Your games: games against bots are deleted; games against other people stay in their history with your name removed

Nothing is kept after deletion, apart from our infrastructure providers' short-lived access logs (about 30 days). Premium stays with your Google account and comes back if you play again with the same Google account.
